Getting Artsy retains full ownership of all designs but grants you a license to use them under specific terms. All images, videos, graphics, digital assets, digital images, best practices, and documentation remain the sole and exclusive property of Getting Artsy & its owners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This license is non-transferable.
The designs in this membership are for personal use only, not to be shared with others. You cannot teach the designs within the membership. You can, however, sell your finished artwork.
